Josh Sircus

As the Chief Executive Officer of Stellar IT Solutions, Josh leads both government and commercial divisions. Josh has 20 years of experience in building teams in the finance and technology sectors. Previously, Josh co-founded fintech company Wild Oak Financial (dba Luav) and served as its Chief Operating Officer for 8 years. He successfully negotiated its sale to public company Digital Media Solutions (NYSE: DMS) in 2018. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Josh served as a Special Agent for the FBI where he investigated violations of federal law related to complex financial transactions.

Previously, Josh worked for FINRA, where he built the first regulatory division charged with investigating matters of fraud and insider trading related to PIPEs (Private Investments in Public Equity). Josh authored FINRA's procedures for PIPE investigations and assembled its first investigative team. Josh previously worked in the private sector in the investment management division of Friedman Billings Ramsey (NYSE: FBR) and later as managing member of the hedge fund company Yashar Capital.

Josh served for 3 years on the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Dean's Alumni Advisory Board, holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and a BS in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland College Park.
